We are looking for a Product Leader to own the Search, Discovery &amp; Personalisation charter across the group. You would be responsible for defining and evolving the discovery charter from strategic planning, product road-map, product design and specification, overall product quality, and tactical execution. You will be working closely with Data science, analytics, business, design &amp; engineering teams to deliver exceptional experiences for the consumer. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in product management in high scale consumer internet environments. { overall experience could be more, min 5 years as a PM} - Hands-on experience of working on search/ product discovery/personalisation is a must. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Management degree from a top Business school is a plus. - Solid track record of building and shipping multiple products with a high business impact. - Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate a high degree of influence across several teams/functions. - Understanding of Data, technology &amp; algorithms.
