The Principal Product Manager (IC), E-Commerce Platform will be responsible for defining, launching, and scaling the company's e-commerce platform. As a critical leader in the product organization, the Principal PM will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch the new version of the eCom platform that is the backbone of Quince's operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap for the e-commerce platform, including but not limited to

- Scaling the platform for new business scenarios such as B2B, supporting pre-orders, and back orders

- Integration with state-of-the-art payment processing system

- Enhancements to the Cart Management System in the face of growing product and customer base

- Development of/integration with offers, reviews, store credit, and loyalty management systems

- Development of/integration with the order fraud detection system

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and functionality that drive customer engagement and growth.

- Analyse data and metrics to understand and measure the platform's success.

- Define and prioritize product requirements, working closely with engineering to ensure timely and successful delivery.

- Conduct market research to inform product strategy and decision-making.

- Present product updates and strategies to senior management and stakeholders

- Drive stakeholders for fast delivery by being detail-oriented and data-driven.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of experience as a product manager in the e-commerce or technology industry

- Strong track record of delivering successful products and driving growth.

- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and strategically.

- A detail-oriented, data-driven approach to decision-making

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA strongly preferred)

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies

Sample Goals:

- Define the product roadmap (3 months, 6 months, 1 year) for the eCom Platform.

- Build low-touch processes, self-serve solutions, & automation to eliminate the involvement of engineering in business-as-usual (BAU) activities - reduce engineering time spent in BAU activities to <5%

- Ensure effectiveness of development bandwidth - understand user engagement and ensure >9 NPS score for effectiveness of delivered projects.

Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Technical background

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

- Passion to answer Product/Engineering questions with data.

- Overall 12+ years of experience with at least 6 years in product management role

- Capable of tackling very loosely defined problems

Prior experience with processes and technology systems used for running ecommerce business such as Order Management Systems, Payment Processing Systems, Customer Loyalty and offers management system.
