1. Execute the recruitment process for the various group companies as part of the HR shared services group. Ensure all positions are mapped and closed within 60 days from the date of vacancy reporting. Empanel & Interact manpower consultants and sourcing of best quality people resources. Manage Recruitment costs by increasing usage of job-boards, portals and competition mapping.   2. Assess the need for employee development and talent management activities, to include evaluating and selecting management development tools, technical training courses, and other development tools, such as on line training and employee assessment tools. Research and recommend development vehicles to fill identified employee skill gaps. Assist in assessing, proposing, designing, developing, and implementing training programs  3. Execute the performance management system, namely:  - Documenting the process and communicating it  - Facilitating the goal setting processes  - Facilitating the review process   - Identifying development plans of employees  - Administering linkages with Competency, Career planning, Compensation and Data Analysis  4. Work on technological initiatives to streamline and automate the HR processes in the organization. Constantly review the existing systems to chart the need for additions/modifications and process it with Technology.  5. Provide administrative HR support including, reviewing the need for new policies, constant review and updating of existing policies etc. Support in resolution of Employee queries and grievances.   6. Support the design of the induction process as per the needs of the various group companies and departments to ensure smooth transition thereon. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation.  7. Assist in implementation of Employee Opinion survey recommendations. Support Head HR with design and implementation of Action Plan and Working committees.  8.
