Principal/Managing Associate(Legal)- Direct Tax


The Organisation is a boutique law firm founded in 2010 specialising in the areas of Corporate International Tax, Transfer Pricing, GST, Customs & Trade, with expertise in litigation services, controversy management, strategic transaction advisory and policy.. The Firm advises and supports clients on tax litigation, tax investigations, Alternate Dispute Resolution (including APA, MAP & Advance Ruling) and acts as expert witness on treaty and transfer pricing law.


The Firm specialises in providing strategic insights and legal advice on complex tax issues, including pre-litigation and litigation support and representation. Most professionals are dual qualified with legal and tax advisory expertise and a deep understanding of specified industries in the areas of taxation.

Position Title-Principal Associate/Managing Associate

Reporting To Partner

Location : New Delhi

Qualification : LLB (CA +LLB Preferred)

- Experience 5-12 years post qualification in a Big 4 or mid-size law /CA firm

- Should have handled Direct tax, international taxation, tax litigations

Skills :

- Technical knowledge of Taxation, Income Tax Law, Drafting appeals, written submissions.

- Skilled in handling litigation matters of taxation from drafting, submission to representation to the clients

- Manage full range of Tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the timeframe

- Monitor and ensure compliance with the changing tax laws and provide inputs to manage the changes that could affect client's tax position

- Keeping abreast with recent case laws and amendments in Tax laws and commercial awareness
