Key responsibilities -

- Incumbents with strong experience in planning, developing, implementing and administering the HR programs for company employees.

- Applicants will be responsible for the development and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.

- Candidates will be responsible to assist with the internal recruitment process and work closely with the delivery leadership, resource management in making sure that internal mobility is an attractive proposition for the business. If googled delete

- Applicants will be responsible to cultivate internal applicants for roles wherever possible

- The incumbent will lead the Career Enablement team which is responsible for driving career mobility and to create an attractive internal market place.

- Candidate will be responsible to drive the skills assessment, career planning, development plan and learning through the digital career and learning platform

- Incumbents will be responsible to design career development frameworks and execute it to drive targeted outcome.

- Will be responsible to identify and lead opportunities for consulting assignments within the organization to enhance Team and Org effectiveness and to develop solutions based on internal and external research.

- Applicants will be responsible to conduct environmental scanning for latest benchmarks available in OD solutions and systems to improve function capability and effectiveness

- Exposure in identifying loop holes & increasing better usage of digital data pool can apply.

- Candidates will be responsible to make most closures through this pool before positions go to an external market.
