Principal - Investment Sourcing & Execution - Family Office (9-15 yrs)

Delhi NCR/Gurgaon/Gurugram Job Code: 680322

We are looking for a Principal to lead investment sourcing and execution for a Family Office of a leading Indian Conglomerate. In this position, you'll work with leadership team and portfolio companies to fund and advise next-generation enterprise cloud companies.

What you will do:

- Network with entrepreneurs, VCs, and others in the startup ecosystem to discover opportunities in Consumer / FMCG sector

- Analyze & conduct diligence on investment opportunities

- Work with entrepreneurs and companies to help them grow and succeed

- Lead investments in promising companies in the respective sector

- Drive investor relations and communication strategy

We are looking for someone:

- Significant experience (Senior Associate, VP or Principal level) sourcing investment opportunities at a top-tier Venture Capital fund, Growth Equity fund, Private Equity fund, or Investment Bank or Family Office

- Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating and closing deals

- Proven track record of building and managing a team

- Excellent finance and accounting skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsWith a deep passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and investing

- Who can hit the ground running and lead a sourcing team

- With strong critical thinking skills and creativity
