The Digital Org will work to create Digital platforms (web, mobile, b2b, b2c etc) for Principal Entities and will be manage the show.  Digital Product (Platform) Manager  Position Purpose:  - Take end to end ownership of our Digital Platform making it valuable, usable and feasible for business & customers  Key Responsibilities :   - You will help steer the development of digital platform, features, and solutions that power all elements of the customer experience on web and mobile. Using knowledge of market segments and customer preferences, you will identify platform feature gaps to drive the roadmap. You will also own the go-to-market strategy to launch new features and drive customer engagement by working closely with Digital org.  - This role involves both strategic and tactical thinking in a highly ambiguous and competitive environment. You will also work cross-functionally with product, technology, marketing, design, operations and analytics teams to bring features and solutions to market, and grow business opportunities. A successful candidate will be highly analytical and adept at distilling a wide range of disparate functionalities into clear, understandable applications that customers will love. We are looking for someone customer-obsessed and digitally savvy - with a strong interest in consumer financial products.  On a daily basis you will :   - Work closely with your agile team (Digital Org) of Engineer, UX/UI Designer, marketer, data analyst, content strategist and business head;  - Monitor customers/users with a keen eye towards understanding consumers, their pain areas and their behaviour on the site and mobile application.  - be always thinking did you solve the problem right, how to improve onboarding rate, revenue conversion, which is the easiest payment method, which schemes are doing best, how can I improve the bounce rate on the site, etc.   - obsess about better customer experience and perfect consumer journeys   - Eat, sleep & breath digital platform like the owner and work on it focused defining, iterating and solving customers problems  - Analyze various metrics that inform the success of digital platform   Role Requirements :   - Must have Prior 3-4 years of experience in online platform (product) management in b2c internet based businesses (preferred - e-commerce, fintech & BFSI, travel).  - Experience driving cross-functional teams to deliver digital platforms (features) on tight deadlines.  - Self-starter, with: a high degree of curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, comfort working in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.  - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously, and make necessary tradeoffs across business and other work streams.  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills and an ability to influence others.  - Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.  - Tech Degree + MBA degree from top tier Institute (ISB/FMS/XLRI/ & IIM A/B/C)  - Knowledge of end-to-end customer life cycle with B2C products or services  - Preference will be given to immediately available/short notice period candidates.
