Job Description

You will be required to lead on the delivery of development infrastructure for land development projects, including roads and drainage.

Description

Responsibilities

- Managing multidisciplinary teams within a project context- Line management of a team of engineers and technicians- Preparation of scopes of service and fee offers- Managing single and multidisciplinary projects including client relationships, financial and technical delivery- Meeting cost and time targets to ensure delivery of high quality consultancy services to clients- Providing specialist input to multidisciplinary bids- Undertake independent technical checking and reviews- Maintaining and developing client relationships- Ensuring the provision of efficient high quality engineering solutions- To provide high level support to the various teams in achieving compliance with the various business systems- Preparation of business and marketing plans- Cost tracking and responsibility for invoicing- To contribute to the development and marketing for growth of the Regeneration business nationally and internationally- To assist in establishing business networks within PB and external clients

Profile

You will possess the following:

- Self-motivation and able to work both independently and as part of teams- A reliable, consistent and mature approach to work- Ability to demonstrate experience in a similar role- The ability to work to time and cost budgets- Excellent communications skills- A proven ability to work with Clients and their project teams- Acceptance of responsibility for work carried out- Good presentational skills- Good report writing skills- A flexible approach to work- Identify and input to activities in support of the wider business objectives that may draw upon skills in addition to those outlined above- Driving licence
