- Partner actively with Business Unit Leaders to build strategy, org structure, HR programs to meet current and future business goals. - Understanding the existing business, processes, end customers, talent and skills supporting the business as well as knowing the future business plans and upcoming opportunities to align with business objectives. - Employee Solutions: Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business unit Managing Performance: - Understands the required performance levels in the respective business unit's to achieve their business goals, guides and coaches leaders to manage performance, reward and retain talent, drives performance improvement. - Driving PMS for the respective business unit Engaging with employees: - Drives ESAT action items for the business unit with the help of the leaders and enables the function towards higher ESAT scores. - Understands opinions by doing dipsticks within various employee groups - Talent Management: Manage talent pool for the organization, Identify HI-Pots, build career road map and design succession plans for critical roles. - Managing Change: Support and drive any organization wide change and effectively manage change at different levels - Coaching and counselling leaders as and when required to achieve the overall business objective. - Employee life cycle management Experience: 12 - 15 years
