Candidate Profile - Chemical Practice

Position: Consultant-Chemical & Energy Practice

Qualifications:

- Graduate Engineer + MBA from a premier institution with a strong academic background. Premier institutes would include IIMs, XLRI, FMS, JBIMS,ISB & SP Jain. Candidates must have a good academic track record.

Experience:

- 5-6 + years of post MBA experience for Engagement Manager Level & 7-8+ years of experience for Principal Level

- Should have worked in Chemicals / Petrochemicals Sector.

 The incumbent should have:

- Strong strategy / planning exposure

- Business processes using digital technology and / or business analytics e.g. Pricing / business rules management tool, involvement in the implementation of B2B customer interaction portal

- Strong understanding of Petrochemical downstream & Specialty Chemical Industry

- Should be aware of various application & data sources for chemical industry

- Good exposure to operations management and strategy concepts

- Good financial basics

Role :

- The candidate would be required to work on Chemical / Petrochemical Industry projects with our client as consulting partners in strategy projects.

- The candidate would be responsible for total project deliveries of one or multiple projects at a time, handling teams of Associate Consultants & Business Analysts and manage client interaction.

- The candidate would also be responsible for business development and expected to contribute to branding, knowledge & organizational initiatives of Tata Strategic

- The position would be reporting into Practice Head - Chemical Practice

- The candidate would be required to work across verticals & across geographies.

- Candidate must be willing to travel

- The position would be based out of Mumbai
