Principal/Engagement Manager - Analytics - MBBS_Healthcare/Pharma Engagement Manager_Principal_Healthcare and Pharma Analytics The person will be responsible for leading the ACOE team at Global Delivery Centre (GDC) to deliver Site ID, Investigator ID, Referral and other key analytics. - At least 10 years of professional experience in pharma/healthcare space, with atleast 5 years in the Pharma/ healthcare analytics/consulting - Degree in healthcare and allied fields preferred - MBBS only - Experience in leading Analytics delivery teams : a. Manage team related aspects - mentoring, career, performance, training b. Manage delivery - Ensure timelines and quality - Drive and streamline processes - Solve problems and add value to deliverables : a. Drive innovation, strategy, thought leadership b. Manage expectations and communication with stakeholders and global team leaders - Excellent understanding of pharma and healthcare analytics and technology - Leadership experience and ability to use influencing skills at all levels - A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills - Fluency in English and excellent oral presentation and writing skills
