Job Responsibilities :

- Cultivate deep and trusted relationships with program partners and lead through advising, challenging and carving out new ways of growth

- Act with credibility on a strategic advisory level with partners, asking informed, challenging questions that help shape and channel their thinking about new growth

- Guides the team in designing and managing the effective delivery of complex programs for one or more partners

- Build a climate of trust, fun and openness in the project team(s) and with the project partners

- Lead, develop and inspire the multi-disciplinary project teams

- Improve our capabilities and scalability by building our methods and toolkit

- Increase our efficiency through knowledge management and quality assurance

- Drive the shaping and socialising of thought-leadership material on relevant topics to benefit our market, partners, partners and the broader organisation

- Acts as internal subject matter experts on a range of sectors and disciplines related to our mission and theory of change

- Leads facilitation of large workshops and design studios

- Actively supports Directors/Partners identify and develop business opportunities

Requirements :

- Master's degree from economics, business, development studies or related spheres

- 12-15 years of professional experience in energy consulting, with at least 10 years in a top tier strategy consulting firm

- Passion for social change, and proven commitment to work in the social sector

- Strong understanding of the energy sector and decarbonization models in renewables, storage, hydrogen, carbon capture and utilisation, biofuels energy efficiency and others globally and in India

- Understanding of carbon emissions and the required energy transition in hard to abate sectors such as steel and cement will be a definite plus

- Proven track record from business development in professional services and across sectors

- Robust budget and line management experience

- Relevant experience in roles that require excellent research, data analysis and strategic planning skills.

- Experience considering how solutions may impact a large range of stakeholders, is preferred

- Regional and cross-sector experience a plus

Skills :

- Be a compelling facilitator to engage and influence senior stakeholders

- Ability to multitask and bring robust time-management skills in a multi-stakeholder and fastpaced, client services environment

- Excellent written and verbal English communication

- Proficient across Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with exceptional attention to details
