- We are looking for individual who have good experience in holding complete Ownership & Life Cycle Management of an Organisation.
- Should have experience of selling to the C level brand.
- Should deliver as per timelines given by client.
- Should have good exposure in B2B, Long Sales Cycle, and Talent Mapping.

Job Description:
Revenue Generation / Origination
- Prospect for retained search mandates
- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded
- Ensure tight cost management and positive cash-flow
- Manage the profitability of his / her practice
Client Management
- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search
Mandate
- Ensure closure of search mandates and manage client expectations
- Farm existing client relationships to generate additional business
Assignment Management
- Understand, translate and execute the clients- requirements through an experienced team
- Oversee research and execution to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy
- Monitor the quality of all deliverables
- Ensure mandates are completed successfully, on-time and to client's satisfaction
Practice Management
- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings
- Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports
- Provide firm visibility at industry events.
Skills & Knowledge:
