Principal Consultant - Transformation - Investment Banking

Skill set required :

- Looking for candidates from management/ strategy consulting orgs. carrying exposure in leading transformation or Operational Excellence programmes for BFSI sector(Technology domain).

- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Operational Excellence / Innovative practices to re-engineer and improve processes. Experience of working in BFSI industry and familiarity with outsourcing industry is a must.

- Deep operations knowledge and excellence understanding on the elements, factors and trends affecting the financial services companies.

- The incumbent should be fully conversant and confident in leading change and transformation management processes and system. Able to influence peer industry player and key stakeholders to deliver common interest and value to the business.

Role & Responsibility :

- The incumbent will be responsible for promoting and striving for world class operations & maintenance practices, governance standards, and in creation of a high performance culture thereby helping the organisation achieve high level of efficiency and effectiveness in all its business operations with a direct bottom-line impact.

- Establish plans, budgets, and necessary resource allocation for a projects; able to effectively implement mid-course corrections based on ever-changing business needs.

- Establish and maintain global productivity, and quality metrics/measurements (KPIs) to ensure optimum efficiency and quality, and develop a reporting process to utilize the metrics to drive operational improvements.

- Foster and sustain effective working relationships with business (Product, Development, Testing and Operations), support teams (HR, -Infrastructure etc.).

- The incumbent needs to have a commercial mind set and ensure that we are always thinking of the best Return on Investment for the effort involved.

- Drive and champion the development of competent and high performance working team.
