10000StartupsIndia is looking for professionals who have a knack for Spotting Technical and Business talent in start-ups. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and driving various sourcing and onboarding tasks, including handling some of the key accounts for 10000StartupsIndia.

Employment type: Consultant-to-hire option later.

Responsibilities for Principal Consultant:

- Use various methods to source and onboard new set of Investors every month, including social media platforms, start-ups listing portals, networking events etc.

- Ensure proper evaluation of pitch decks and Introducing startups to qualified Investors on boarded on our platform by matching the pitch deck based on eligibility criteria and due diligence.

- Scheduling and coordinating Startup Fundraising meetings with Investors and following up for feedback and subsequent rounds of such Investor Meetings.

- Ability to effectively communicate with 10000StartupsIndia founders and investors from time to time.

- Active team member of virtual investor pitch sessions organized every month by 10000StartupsIndia.

- Actively work toward building a strong pipeline of New Investors to present startups associated with 10000StartupsIndia at the right pace.

Qualifications:

- Professional experience of 2-5 yrs in any domain for sourcing new leads & assisting with on boarding processes.

- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with the Investors to represent brand 10000StartupsIndia

- Experience in the continual development of pipelines and sourcing potential Investors, preferred

- Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential Investor may have, with an intent to ensure long-term association

- Firm understanding and implementation of evaluation metrics provided to drive decision-making is strongly preferred

- Experience working with a diverse team and striving for growth without any bias
