Principal Consultant - Solution Design - ITeS/BPO (10-16 yrs)
1. Support for pursuits by the Sales, Solution Design and various other teams of the practice :
a. Support Solution Design team with expertized responses to RFPs
b. Share case studies of existing client for new pursuits
c. Share HR Operation metrics and Benchmarking reports with Sales, Solution Design and other teams
d. Adhoc client interventions based on need.
2. Domain Enhancement :
a. Benchmarking analysis for all HR Operation engagements within the Organization and publishing reports. Also, Identify the best in class SLA's and performance from market and create benchmarking against them
b. Collate and publish the new developments- systems/tools and trends in the HR/HRO space across globe.
c. Preparing Case studies of all HR Operation clients, review PI report monthly and update case studies based on new improvements
d. Collate Best Practices from all HR Operation clients and suggest replication to clients with similar business for process improvement and automation
e. HR Operation Newsletter - prepare and publish quarterly newsletter
f. Create POV and White Papers for the Practice
3. Domain training and certifications :
a. Domain Trainings : Create, Review and upgrade the Domain Certification modules on regular basis to make it more relevant and create value add for the Global Employees
b. Ensure all HR Operation clients across all centers are compliant for HR Operation domain trainings.
c. Identify and certify Process Champions from all HR Operation accounts, issue certificates.
d. Practice Ambassador Program : Conduct Practice Ambassador sessions and certify participants
4. Support and guide Operations in Automation/ Transformation :
a. Conduct Automation/ Transformation Assessments through value stream mapping
b. Conduct Automation Need Analysis for engagements
c. Collaborate with internal teams to propose Automation solutions according to the need analysis
d. Collaborate with Allianz team to onboard tools available in the industry

Functional Expertise :
- Candidate should have over 10 years of experience in the HR/HR Operation space with hands on experience of managing clients.
- Candidate should be involved in setup of Centre of Excellence from the scratch as well as driving process improvements and automation projects which has resulted in value delivered to the end client.
