Database Management : - Enhancing and expanding the database by adding more targeted talent to it - Managing, structuring and updating the database for Technology and Financial Services verticals - Assisting consultants by finding relevant candidates, screening, pitching profiles and negotiating with them - Organize office wide events across practices.
