Position: Principal Consultant (Execution Manager)

Experience: 4 to 7 years from HR Consulting/ Executive Search Firm/ Recruitment Firm only
Role & Responsibilities:
Assignment Management:
- Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given time frame.
- Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships; account management.
- Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy.
- Monitor the quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate Practice Management.
- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings.
- Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports.
- Provide firm visibility at industry events.
Revenue Management:
- Prospect for retained search mandates from current, past and potential clients
- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded
- Execute and invoice at a monthly run-rate of INR 1 million Client Management
- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search mandate
- Ensure the mandate being provided is - clean- that is, it has a high degree of closure
- Maintain a high level of interaction with existing clients to generate additional Business.
Compensation: An attractive package comprising a fixed & variable component.
