Principal Consultant - Real Estate Advisory

Job Responsibilities :

- To network and advise clients in private equity investment / debt funding on big ticket real estate investments.

- Track record of managing and advising large institutional investors and private equity players in real estate investments

- Help clients make decisions in real estate investment decisions based on sound analytics, scenario assessment

- Identify and maintain relationships with high quality realtors and facilitate clean deals.

- Support company's clients with transaction advisory modelling e.g. cost inputs, return forecasts and model assumption.

- Build new, complex, long-term financial models looking at growth assumptions ensuring that key model metrics (e.g. free cashflow, Debt Service Coverage Ratio and Return on Invested Capital) are incorporated.

- Adapt and improve existing financial models, looking at fundamental areas such as Profit & Loss, balance sheet and cash flow projections, to help develop or rebuild them.

- Provide modelling and excel support and coach / share knowledge with colleagues.

- Support the business by building ad-hoc financial models for other projects and teams as needed (e.g. strategic CAPEX investment cases, procurement, facilities, other).

- Lead the development of infrastructure scheme business cases with a particular focus on the Financial Case.

- As part of the wider economics and strategic consulting team, helping to shape the work to deliver the team's overall objectives.
