While client has employees dedicated to business consulting, the practice also pools CEOs and leaders from across the group and even outside getting the best of breed experts who have built businesses to create teams on a project-by-project basis. Consult's business model is a break from what clients have come to expect from traditional consultants, which charge clients for their time. Consult won't just advise on strategy, but it will also build products, campaigns, and infrastructure. "Our internal mantra is 'consultants that make'. You see real results and our business model is also tuned around delivering results. In the long run, we wont charge for time, but we will take a share of revenue from the upside. Background:

- Marketing at E-ecommerce startups/ growth hacking expertise.

- Should have deep e-commerce growth experience

- 10-20 years- experience in any ecommerce firm as a Marketing Head/ Digital Marketing head/ Growth Hacker

- Ideal person should have a good mix of tech and marketing and should be entrepreneurial having dabbled with various things to make e-commerce business grow
