Role n Job Description:

- Operations Management - Need to ensure business process risks are identified and mitigated and Infosys works in a risk-free environment as part of delivering services to their clients. Intensive collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure goals are achieved

- Client/Stakeholder Management - Will need to front end with clients as a domain expert and be a trusted advisor for the client's problems

- Domain expertise - Should be proficient in Risk assessment, ToD and ToE for process controls relating to P2P, O2C, & R2R workstreams. Should have managed risk frameworks in a typical GBS (outsourcing) setup. Working knowledge of ERPs and exposure to ITGC testing would be preferred.

- Talent Management - Ensure high engagement and satisfaction within the team and develop a hierarchy based on tomorrow's requirements. Develop goals for the team and coach and mentor to amply talent.

- Pursuits & Prospecting - Need to collaborate with Operations team to identify business opportunities. Participate in client presentations for demonstrating the capability of the function

- Strategy & Roadmap Development - Provide inputs on strategy and thought leadership at practice level to respond to changing customer needs and organizational goals proactively

- Business Development - Will need to work on a strategy to make this a revenue generating unit by way of implementation of new ideas and technologies

Skill Description:

- Hands on knowledge in assessing business and IT related risks, business process controls, exposure to F&A GBS operations, understanding end to end business processes like P2P, O2C and R2R

- Should have a good understanding of various statutes like SOX principles, COSO Frameowrk, data privacy regulations. Should have exposure to ERPs like SAP/ Oracle

- Leading and mentoring Global teams

- Managing internal/external stakeholder expectations and build trust and credibility

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and articulation skills

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- Post Graduate in Commerce with at least 15 + years of experience preferably with a large organization or similar industry.

- Desirable: CA, CISA, CIA

- Should be Flexible to work Different Time Zones as per client Requirement - Hybrid Mode.
