Principal Consultant/Associate Director - SAP Treasury/SAP LMS - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
Purpose & Objectives
- Selected candidates will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and implementing SAP Loan Management Solution (LMS).
- The role will require substantial interaction with customers and key stakeholders and may require travel.
Education & Qualifications :
CA, MBA Finance, Cost Accountancy with domain experience in Corporate Lending in a Financial Services, NBFC & Insurance industry (BFSI Sector).
Exp: 10 - 15 years
- Customer management skills, a good presenter and communicator
- Exposure to SAP's ASAP Implementation methodology
- Experience in SAP Enquiry, Application, Decision Making, Contract and disbursement Cycle.
- SAP Periodical closing activities like Accrual, Amortisation and Valuation for a foreign currency loan.
- Understanding about sound SAP LMS Accounting process.
- Understanding about Collateral Object & NPA.
- LMS Product Configuration end to end including account determination.
- Understanding about Loan management solution terminology and process. Like a variety of options to calculate repayments like EMI, Installment, step-up, step-down, Interest moratorium, Principal moratorium, Fixed and Floating Rate of Interest.
- Good Integration knowledge with SAP FICO and TRM.
- Exposure to at least a basic level of FI (AP, AR, GL etc)
Primary tasks:
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Conduct Business Blueprint Workshops
- Driving design reviews
- Configuring LMS Solutions
- Ability to quickly acquire proficiency in new areas and technologies
- Prepare Functional specs
- Conduct testing, training and support data migration
Key Performance Indicators
- Customer Feedback/customer satisfaction scores
- Productive days/utilisation as defined by the organisation.
- Knowledge Management and creation of effective reusable components
- Experience and Other Requirements
Technical / Functional:
- At least 2 end to end implementations in the area of SAP Treasury or LMS
- At least 3 years of experience implementing, rolling out and/or supporting Treasury or LMS Solutions
- Good domain knowledge in LMS processes
