Position : Principal / Associate Principal (Investments)
Reporting to : Managing Partner and C I O
Job Description :
- Sourcing deals by building relationship with the ecosystem
- Screening and evaluating deals before they are presented to internal I C
- Deal Structuring and Valuation commercials and legal negotiations
- Post investment monitoring and risk management
- Drafting I C notes, term sheets and ensuring compliance to deal terms
- Doing Research putting together Point of View on Tech and contemporary trends
- Other ancillary processes like marketing support etc
Profile :
- 7-8 years of post qualification experience of which 3-4 years in investments in a V C
- Track record of closing deals and exits (preferred)
- Strong background in IT and Finance
- Preferred an Engineer / MBA combination- IIT
Location : Bangalore
Gross Emoluments : About Rs 22-24 Lac + Carry share in the fund
- Looking for Top level candidates with strong qualification and experience
