Provide corporate advice on matters relating to mergers &amp; acquisitions, strategic alliances, regulatory advisory, etc. 2. Draft transaction documents. 3. Prepare reports &amp; opinions on general corporate matters (viz., Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labor Laws, etc.) 4. Independently conduct legal due diligence. 5. Responsible for getting new clients for the Firm and possess excellent skills in client management. 6. Manage and develop a team, act as a good team leader. 7. Contribute substantially in achieving the Firm's revenue targets. The candidate should have experience 7 to 10 yrs in general corporate advisory. Educational Qualifications: Law Graduate - the candidate should have a strong academic background/qualifications. Skills &amp; Competencies: - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. - Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain relationships through teamwork. - Ability to manage a team. - Strong networking skills. - Ability to work with the Firm's Leadership. - Ability to build strong client relationships. - Good in business development.
