Principal Associate - Corporate Lawyer - Law Firm

1) Min 7 PQE years with Law Firm- Candidate should have demonstrable knowledge and practical working experience in various areas of law like commercial law, arbitration law, corporate/company/ securities law, banking & finance law, financial frauds, insolvency law, civil procedural laws, etc

2) Drafting/review, negotiation and finalization of all commercial contracts including but not limited to JV agreements, technology transfer agreements, international agreements, M&A agreements, government tenders, contract with vendors, clients, employees for all the business units etc.

3) Managing legal due diligence exercise & reports, negotiate the transactional documents, drafting, vetting and execution of all the transactional documents.

4) Should have sound experience in litigation before various for a and specifically have experience in drafting pleadings, applications, writ petitions, SLPs, etc., more particularly in the field of commercial and corporate laws.

5) The candidate should have great research, analytical, and drafting skills, whilst having keen attention to detail.

6) The candidate should be ambitious, committed, dynamic, and demonstrate an ability to excel and take initiative. Good interpersonal and team skills are a must.

7) Take up leadership responsibilities, with a solution-oriented approach.

8) Able to independently & formulate strategies in writing the matters discussed with the clients, Discuss the strategy with the managing partner/partners of the firm,

9) Deliver Presentations to the client or their legal team & Technological proficiency
