Principal Architect/Technical Program Manager - IT (12-16 yrs)

Experience and Skillsets / desired profile:

- 12-15 years of relevant experience working with reputed IT organizations in application development, product development related roles

- Proven working experience in managerial level in the information technology sector

- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web, mobile, middleware and DB technologies

- Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills

- A mentor, communicator and teacher who wants everyone to succeed in their careers

- Outstanding development skills in multiple languages

- Understanding of software architectures in code and overall, understand how databases and networks work etc.

- Self-starter eager to learn new technologies; enthusiastic about researching opportunities to grow and improve your skill set

- Excellent communicator (written and oral), willing to help-out a teammate and pitch in when needed on a team

- Not afraid to have difficult conversations

- Commercial experience building and deploying applications in Azure (App Services, SQL Databases, Storage Accounts, Messaging, App Insights)

- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude with an aptitude to take on any task and run with it to completion

- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Strong Agile knowledge & exposure to working in a DevOps environment

- PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile certification is a plus

- Exposure to TOGAF and Zachman frameworks would be a plus

Technical skills:

- Should have worked on .Net / Java projects,

- DevOps and Best Practice experience largely within Azure

- Master of C#, .Net, Azure, Cloud with good idea on Web, Angular, Python and Database (SQL Server and Oracle)

- Exposure to emerging technologies like RPA (UiPath), Bots, Containers (Docker), Blockchain etc. would be highly regarded.

- Exposure to deploying applications on public cloud (AWS, Azure)

Education Qualification:

- BE/B.Tech/MCA from a reputed institute

- MBA is preferred
