Curious about the role? What your typical day would look like?

As a Principal Architect, you will work to solve some of the most complex and captivating data management problems that would enable our clients as a data-driven organization; Seamlessly switch between roles of an Individual Contributor, team member, and an Architect as demanded by each project to define, design, and deliver actionable insights.

On a typical day you might: -

- Formulate and recommend standards for achieving maximum performance and efficiency in the Data Management ecosystem.

- Develop and maintain the Data layer (i.e DM or DWH) for the aggregation, validation, and presentation of data for reporting layer

- Develop and assist/advise in the development of reports, dashboards, and related database views/stored procedures.

- Evangelize self-service BI and visual discovery

- Interview stakeholders and develop BI roadmap for success given project prioritization and budget.

- Design and promote best BI practices throughout the department to champion data quality, integrity & reliability.

- Assist BI team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge.

- Provide on-the-job training for new or less experienced team members.

- Support the Sales/Pre-Sales team by guiding them on BI-related solutions/proposals

- Build end-to-end BI architecture for a given customer problem statement

What do we expect? Skills that we'd love!

- 10+ years of experience in delivering Business Intelligence Solutions and 9+ years of experience with OLTP and OLAP database models (Dimensional models)

- Fluent in Relational Database Concepts and Flat file processing concepts

- Enthuse to work in Software Development Lifecycles/Methodologies i.e. agile

- Believes in knowledge sharing & cross-functional collaborations and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation

- Enjoys working in End-to-End BI Architecture and is adept in Client Presentation skills

- Has reasonable experience working in BI Practice setup and evangelization

- Comprehensive knowledge in Database Technology like SQL Server, Modern DM environments (Synapse, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.), Databricks, etc. and Cloud Platforms like Azure (Primary), AWS, GCP

- Profound knowledge of working in BI Technology: Tableau & Power BI(Primary) & QlikView (Secondary)

- Loves working on large-scale BI Migration Projects

- Adept understanding of Tableau administrator/architecture in addition to knowing Embedded BI Implementation.

- Gets excited to work with Security Implementation in BI and RFI/RFP Response

- Experience with any ETL Technology (SSIS, Informatica, Talend, etc.) and scripting language would be a plus (ReactJS, C#, etc.)

- Good in analytical, problem-solving skills, time management, and organizational skills
