Background of the role :
Candidate would manage the CPG Vertical and would lead a team working across cross-functional groups supporting strategic business decisions with insight into line of service, customers and products.
Experience & Qualification :
At least 10-15+ years of professional experience, in the retail, CPG / consulting environment
Master's Degree in Business Administration from an accredited program or the equivalent
Key result Areas :
- Strategic role, to set the company direction for the next 5-7 years
- Expert and central point of contact for CPG vertical internally and for partners and customers
- Exceptional communication skills, written skills and business acumen
- Strong client facing and sales skills is a must
- Ability to influence and mobilize colleagues without direct reporting relationships
- Good domain knowledge
- Must have domain expertise and have worked directly with large global CPG customers
- P&L management
- This professional also possesses traits to mentor and motivate
- Ability to travel as needed
