Principal Analyst Role - NBFC

(infrastructure private equity, M&A or investment banking)

- Leading investments end to end including deal evaluation, diligence, analysis, transaction structuring, execution, documentation and deal closures

- Reviewing work of the deal team including financial models, investment memorandum and other deal collateral

- Contributing to deal origination Leading IC discussions and presentations

Monitoring of Investments and Asset Management: Undertaking portfolio reviews and periodic financial updates including MIS and interfacing with the operating teams

- Supporting Investors' reporting in the form of periodic presentations/ newsletters/ annual reports / valuations etc.

- Leading team in fund operations including regulatory, audit, finance, other compliances as necessary; liasoning with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth work flow

CTC: 40-90 LPA (Depends on Experience)

Job Requirements :

- Qualifications Chartered Accountant preferred, MBA in Finance from a premier / Tier- I institute

- Experience 10-17 years of experience with Investment team with direct involvement in execution and investment Functional

Expected skill sets:

- Team player with an ability to lead cross-functional deal teams

- High quality communication skills with proficiency in client interactions and interface Analytical mind-set

- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling

- Industry knowledge and relationships in infrastructure sector

- Detail oriented

- Adaptability
