Principal Analyst - Rewards & Benefits - FMCG (4-8 yrs)
Job Opportunity for Leading FMCG Organisation
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4 - 8 years
Candidates from Bangalore will only be considered
Should have handled US or UK Rewards and Benefits
This is for UK shift - 12 pm - 9 pm or 1 pm - 10 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm
- Managing Total Rewards including employees Merit cycle, Bonus cycles, Benefits & Compensation related any query
- Assisting in the full processing of new hire/ internal move/ leaver with car
- Registration of all fleet related data changes in SAP EOP/ERP
- Fleet invoicing processing
- Prepare and provide inputs for budgeting process
- Assisting employees with accident management
- Assisting employees in fines/losses processes
- Train and assist new staff, as appropriate
- Creates and distributes regular and ad-hoc required reports to stakeholders
- Take part in Fleet CI projects
- Drive and improve Business KPIs / Business Outcomes
- Define roadmap for the function via/with suggestions from Zone Rewards Manager, expand scope and services lines into building a COE
- Drive Analytics into the processes and function using data for better decision and to change the way we run the process
- Run the services, deliver SLAs
- Looking for people from shared / business services background who have international experience in handling Benefits & Rewards function, compensation & benefits administration for international zones
- Someone who has been a part of transformation in such an environment has been involved in reviewing existing policies, implementing new policies, benchmarking, standardization of policies / processes, change of process, taken care of alignment of different compensation & benefit aspects during merger and acquisitions.
- Analyze rewards metrics. Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
- Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives and influence leaders to take action on those findings.
- Provides management support to the Rewards function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
- Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
- Communicates findings to respective teams via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
- Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics.
- Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function.
