Principal Analyst - People Business - Rewards


- He/she should be well versed with employee rewards & benefits policies for US & Canada. In charge of resolving employee queries relating to their rewards like Medical insurance, Pension contributions, Death claims, etc., on a daily basis and other regular/ad-hoc activities requested by the business according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) and in compliance with the process business calendar.


- He/she needs to have a deep understanding of the US & Canada Rewards & Benefits policies & procedure and capable of responding employees queries & stake holders. Able to identify the opportunities to reduce number of employee queries in terms of process transformation, automation & thinking out of box where employees can get self-responses.


- He/She will work closely with other stakeholders e.g. Frontline teams, BSC counterparts, Rewards Managers, Directors in the zone to review process performances on a monthly basis

- University degree in Human Resources, or related fields

- At least 4-6 years of experience in managing employee Benefits & Reward process

- Process and System Improvements experience required

- Knowledge of SAP GPO would be a plus

- Very good knowledge of English is a must.

- Be able to survey/steer complex planning processes

- Experienced Office user especially excel and powerpoint (should be advanced)

- Experience in working in a multi-national environment

- Experience in working in a process-oriented organization
