Associate - Learning & Development

We are looking for a motivated, analytically-minded candidate who wants to be part of a start-up style environment that combines the resources and future mobility offered by a large corporation.

Ideally, you have the base skill set for the role and are willing to take on (or teach yourself to take on) any challenge. You may go from creating process documents & SOPs to preparing statutory reports, to scheduling training, troubleshooting, and Admin processes to ensure tasks are completed correctly and resource efficiencies are maintained.

Education:

- Bachelors or Masters (preferred)

Mandatory Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal English skills

- Strong skills in data management and assessing the data quality of reports

- Microsoft Office skills (Excel (critical), PowerPoint, Word)

- Project Management Skills

Strongly Preferred Requirements:

- Functional knowledge of  how to coordinate and administrator a range of learning and development activities and projects

Primary Responsibilities:

- Creation of purchase requisitions (PR) in SAP

- Performing goods receipt (GR) after completion of service

- Obtaining necessary approvals from budget owners

- Coordinating with the Procurement team for the creation of Purchase Orders (POs)

- Coordination with vendors for proper documentation and process adherence

- Tracking payments and reporting the same on a weekly basis

The role will partner with stakeholders and budget owners to:

- Analyze financial information/expenditures to ensure all operations are within budget

- Present weekly reports to L&D managers and senior stakeholders

- Identify variances between planned and actual expenses at approved intervals

- Suggest spending improvements that reduce costs and optimize training budget

- Ensure managers meet relevant financial deadlines

- Streamline and standardise process across zones
