- Candidate should have a Master's degree in finance or a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and over five years of relevant experience, along with excellent fundamental corporate credit analysis skills
- The candidate should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Candidates with exposure to high yield, stressed, and distressed credits will be preferred
- In this role you'll be expected to build and maintain detailed financial models comprising of company financials, KPIs, capital structure, valuation, operational and peer group analyses. Your responsibilities will include monitoring industry-level data and preparing concise summaries of company-specific nuances and opining on their credit impact.
- You'll be expected to work closely with front office analysts in assessing corporate credit quality and iterating on financial models in a timely manner.
- Additionally, you'll be required to monitor companies under coverage for earnings and other material developments.
- Other ad hoc projects could include relative value tables, data compilation, etc. Over time, these responsibilities will expand into industry coverage and providing due diligence insights to the front office team.
