Principal Account Lead - Executive Search/Leadership hiring
Work Description / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for permanent placements of executive level positions focusing on clients of a particular vertical/sector and will be an individual contributor role to begin with and can build a team in H2 of 2020 basis performance in H1
- Analyze and target new business from assigned industry vertical (BFSI / ICT / Retail). Present the client with service offerings and value adds. Negotiate on commercial terms & conditions with the client in line with company policies and ensure signup with proper documentation.
- Actively engage with existing clients and constantly keep them informed on market happenings and industry updates Get to know the business plans of clients; convert their plans into opportunities and generate new business/assignments.
- Understanding the requirement and submitting the search brief for client confirmation. Generating the right profile, interviewing the candidate, evaluation of competencies and creation of assessment report on the candidate.
- Recommend the profiles of candidate which matches the client requirement and facilitate the interview logistics. Conduct reference checks for the selected candidates.
- Ensure quality delivery of the assignment and timely collection of service fee.
- Operating as SME in terms of collating data on industry, the organization, competitors, candidates, etc and maintaining databases
Experience & Qualification:
- A professional / post graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience in Executive level / Leadership hiring in HR Service Industry. Good experience in Market research, Industry mapping, Lead generation, Business development etc
