Consultant / Sr. Consultant - Transport Planning & Finance

Primus Partners India is a management consultancy that aims to navigate through the many complex opportunities of the country. We have been at the fore front of impact driven advisory solutions for our clients and partners.

Presently we are looking for two (2) hands - on consulting professionals with the requirements as

mentioned :

I. Consultant - Urban Transport Planning - One (1)

a. Sectoral Experience & Understanding: Working knowledge of Transit oriented Development, Transport Planning and Sustainability.

b. Project level understanding of High Speed Railways but not limited to Inspection Sheds, Maintenance Buildings, Rooftop Solar Implementation etc.

c. Prior exp. in NHSRCL or EPC firms engaged in Engineering, Supply, Testing & Commissioning of projects shall be viewed in favour.

d. Hands on skills in writing Project Briefs for a large variety of readers including government and financial institutions.

II. Sr. Consultant - Project Finance (Transport) - One (1)

a. Experience in project financing mechanism and understanding of fund pipeline through Debt, ICD and other infrastructure financing modes.

b. Sound understanding of Appraisal & Monitoring, Lending Terms, Debt Restructuring/Refinancing for Brownfield Projects.

c. Comfortable in building Financial Modelling.

d. Hand on skills to prepare Project Pitch Deck for the purpose of Investment Roadshow and Stakeholder Meetings.

Qualification :

Note : Academic pedigree will constitute a minute proportion in the selection and maximum weightage will be allocated to successful demonstration of skill sets mentioned above.

i. Masters degree in any of the following discipline:

For Consultant

- Urban Transport / Transport Planning

- Urban Planning

- Civil Engineering

For Sr. Consultant

- M.Com./MBA/CA

- For candidates with an MBA, specialisation in Finance or related major will be given preference.

ii. 4- 8 years of demonstrated experience respective areas of work as mentioned above.
