We're looking for Deputy Manager Operation preferably from hospitality industry for an organization into Senior Living &amp; Elderly care services, whose responsibility will be: Job description : - Responsible for strategic planning and implementation of all activities - Creation and maintenance of SOP. Acting as the primary point on contact for all SOP processes, maintenance and ensuring strict adherence to the same. - Management of Senior Living Community - Team management with manpower and services on-site Vendor management, Accounts, Dining, Medical and Wellbeing. - Responsible for Administrative and F&amp;B Operations of the Retirement Community : - F &amp; B Operations including buying, inventory control, cost control and kitchen operations, Housekeeping and Facility Management of the entire complex and apartments. - Develop a relationship with Residents, Developer Team, Staff, Local Environment and Grievance Handling - Implement Primus vision in age care and Manage cost at the lowest possible level - Maintain high customer satisfaction, and ensuring a quality customer-oriented workforce - Liaise with other functions and be able to support them when required - Recommend changes in SOP, house rules, seek guidance on emerging issues, and ensure truly integrated working within the location as a team work - Be responsible for efficiency and effectiveness of the operational areas. Manage the activities, resources and costs/expenditures as per plans and targets. - Conduct the Resident feedback survey quarterly - Responsible for identifying gaps and ensuring that they are addressed on time - Maximize the effectiveness and efficiency operations on an ongoing basis. - Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its domain and with all staff, end beneficiary, partners and regulatory/official bodies. - Monitor the Events &amp; Activities for team &amp; Residents Financial - Preparation and Approval of Annual Budget - Responsible for Profit &amp; Loss of the respective project operations - Preparation of Monthly Annual Business Plan Vs Actual - Responsible for Monthly Billing &amp; Collections Experience &amp; Education: - Minimum 10-12 Years of hands-on experience in handling operations. - Preferably Prior Experience with of Elderly care organization/ NGO / Hospitality industry - Individual contributor and a go getter - Strong verbal and written Communication Skills - Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience &amp; perseverance - The ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders - The ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Must have the inclination towards society and working for senior citizen community Job Location : Kanakpura Road Incase interested please connect on 080 - 46461900 Ext -6030&nbsp;
