PriMove India - Business Development Manager (10-15 yrs)
Key functions expected from BD manager are as follows:
- Develop a comprehensive BD strategy for domestic and international market.
- Preparation of BD plan in discussion with BoD and respective department heads.
- To agree on targets/tasks in consultation with BoD and work towards meeting targets.
- Develop a comprehensive BD dashboard with yearly targets from all divisions/ companies. Maintain an opportunity log and record the information on win/lose data of bids for analysis. Convey findings to all stakeholders for future bidding.
- Searching mechanism for tenders from various sources and setting target for proposal submission per month.
- Study tender documents & Attend preproposal /tender meetings.
- Finding leads for marketing of new products developed by TBF - Sewerage Treatment Plant, Faecal
- Sludge Treatment Plant and references for Easol.
- Visit states, companies, clients (make cold calls) for BD of consulting services opportunities and for products.
- Coordinate with proposal development team in preparation of proposals and if any specific input from the client is available.
- Follow-ups for getting the work orders and experience certificates from the client.
- Assistance in recovery of the submitted invoices and mediation/ facilitation if required.
- Preparation of profiles & other related documents for branding of the company and its products.
- Explore and work for business partnerships for both case to case and long term basis
- Preparation and finalization of agreements, NDAs, Technology licensing with the clients and contractors.
- Managing the communications team working on company website and social media accounts and monitor updating on periodic basis.
- Finding new methods of marketing and HR required for Business Development.
- Any other activities as and when assigned by the company.
- Should have good communication skills both written and verbal English, Marathi and Hindi
- Preferred to have knowledge and experience of working on various infrastructure projects especially for Water Supply, Sewerage/drainage, STPs, NRM and wash sector projects.
