Pricing Role - Life & Health Insurance

Our client is a leading provider of reinsurance, insurance, and other forms of insurance across the globe, looking for talent in the Life & Health Pricing team, responsible for product development and pricing of new Life & Health business to help the region achieve its ambitious growth plans.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and support the pricing and modelling of new business; this includes the review on quotes prepared by other team members and authority to sign-off. Understand Client requirements and concerns as well as assess the risk involved in exploring new opportunities.

- Review pricing guidelines and ensure their correct application.

- Contribute to technical, research and project management input for product development initiatives.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Nearly qualified/qualified Actuary.

- Minimum 5+ years of life reinsurance and/or direct insurance experience in India.

- Commercial and technical skills in Life & Health product design and pricing.

- Excellent communication and negotiations skills, with ability to handle conflicts and steer multiple parties' interests into an aligned one.
