Work Location: Mumbai
Job Purpose- To own the pricing strategy to enhance sales while ensuring business profitability.
Key Accountabilities: - Most important task(s) accountable for; what must be accomplished
- Lead and direct pricing & discounting strategy formulation that enhances sales and profitability.
- Tracking market trends and implement price revisions by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
- Liaise with Customer acquisition team, external stakeholders like stockists, Customers
(Pharmacies), manufacturer sales reps to understand market trends and feedback
- Design, experiment and implement promotional campaigns along with Marketing, Category Team, Customer Acquisition Team.
- Perform financial evaluation to assess pricing action effectiveness
- Develop front end and back end systems and processes to support the pricing and discounting strategy
