Company Brief: Our client is a Tier 1, BPO leader in integrated end-to-end outsourcing and delivers transformational benefits to its clients through reduced costs, ongoing productivity improvements, and process reengineering.

Compensation : Not a constraint for the right candidate

Experience Requirement: 14+years

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, complex financial concepts, understanding of balance sheet.

- Work on existing and new deals.

- Work closely with Sales and Solutioning & services delivery teams.

- Lead and manage a team of finance & pricing professionals.

- Ability to travel within India and internationally as well.

- Work on the final deal negotiations.

Skill Required:

- Strong hands on experience in pricing or finance.

- Good on client facing experience.

- Good understanding of BPO/IT services industry.

- Strong on taking independent decisions.

- Proven negotiating experience towards pricing and contractual terms.

- People management experience.

- Understanding and Maintaining strong controls and compliance.

- Ability to work within a matrixed organization, across sales, solutioning and services delivery.

- Continuous improvement approach to problem solving.
