Pricing Data Analyst Exp-8+ yrs Work location -Bangalore Purpose As a Pricing Data Analyst, you will join an industry-leading organization and work on developing tools and analytical models to identify optimal marketing, pricing and sales decisions for our Printing &amp; Personal Systems business in the Americas. Working in the Pricing Strategy and Analytics team, you will develop innovative analytical approaches and tools enabling better insights to implement marketing and pricing guidelines for the company, PCs, tablets, etc. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Finance teams to drive profitable growth. Knowledge, Skill and Abilities - Very strong analytical skills, with a high level of attention to detail; ability to perform data explorations from scratch and understand relationships between complex data sources - Solid problem solving skills and systems thinking, being able to act independently on building analysis models and business cases - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database management (Access, SQL), as well as understanding of additional data reporting and blending applications (Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) - Capable of quickly interpreting analysis results and providing strategy recommendations, including presenting to senior leadership - Develop and implement frameworks and processes for systematic data analysis, as well as reporting capabilities to track key business performance metrics Additional Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in data analytics, database management or tool/process development - Strong understanding of data structures, data management and statistical methods - Ability to design reporting dashboards and knowledge of reporting software (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview) - Strong presentation skills - Must be a team player, who is passionate and able to build strong relationships across different functions - University degree in engineering or quantitative science with advanced degree preferred - Advanced analytics experience in marketing/pricing, as well as programming in R/RStudio, is a plus Shobha Manager - IT Recruitment (+91-8884433092)
