This role of pricing specialist would require commitment on every deal to ensure reasonable balance of value addition to the client and to Emids.

Required Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

- Work with Sales and Delivery teams to prepare commercial construct for Deal Structuring.

- Preparing Robust Framework for Deal Pricing and Evaluation to ensure consistency with Deal Shape.

- Research and analyze relevant cost drivers on fixed and variable cost profiles.

- Prepare Rate Cards and Quotations considering project Profitability and risks involved.

- Understanding Pricing Models, financial structuring and P&L impact of new Deals with thorough business understanding.

- Understanding the various commercial / financial risks underlying the deals and coming out with solutions/methods for minimizing such risks.

- Support during contract terms finalization and negotiations with customers supported by relevant data driven business analytics.

- Coordinate with Legal and Tax Support to assure Client and Company's tax efficiency and legality.

- Ensure Deal Economics are presented in compliance with US GAAP and any accounting risks.

- Support Multiple deals simultaneously within tight deadlines driven by client.
