Pricing Analyst - CA/CMA

Job Description : Pricing Analyst (Qualified CA/CMA Required)

Position: Pricing Analyst

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)

Experience : Relevant experience in financial analysis, pricing, and commercial contract management

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Model Review:

- Evaluate and provide feedback on P&L models prepared by Sales and Delivery teams.

- Approve proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor agreements from a commercial perspective.

Deal Cost Modeling:

- Develop comprehensive cost models and assess different scenarios (pricing, cost drivers, solutions, terms).

- Analyze new and renewal business opportunities to evaluate financial and commercial viability.

Bid Management & RFPs:

- Collaborate with the Bid Management Team in responding to RFIs/RFPs and drafting commercial contract schedules.

Sales & Negotiation Support:

- Assist Sales leads in negotiations, assessing the financial implications of contract terms.

- Coordinate with Legal and other functions to ensure contracts are aligned with company policies.

Commercial Engagements:

- Review existing commercial engagements and suggest new commercial structures for contract renewals and extensions.

Process Adherence & Confidentiality:

- Ensure strict adherence to processes and maintain confidentiality of deals, transactions, and commercial proposals.

Market Analysis:

- Stay updated with market trends and advancements in both technical and commercial domains.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- In-depth understanding of pricing strategies, cost drivers, and commercial viability assessments.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in financial tools and software.

Additional Requirements:

- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and bid management is preferred.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
