Designation - Chief Marketing Officer Role - Head Marketing Attributes/Key skills : - Ability to read and understand the customer's mind - Creative and unconventional thinking - Ability to find alternative channels to reach out to influencers in a cost effective way - Understanding media consumption pattern of rural and semi-urban India - Excellent knowledge of ATL tools and Media negotiation - Excellent planning skills with respect to Media spends - Great presentation skills - Good knowledge in digital promotion SEO/SMP - Good humor to de-stress and being witty Job description : - Needs to demonstrate conversion of marketing efforts into increased business and better customer experience - Build an excellent relationship with media companies responsible for all kinds of Print, TV and digital media advertisement and promotion - Formulate innovative ATL and BTL strategies to reach target market at optimum cost and with maximum reach - Ensure high brand awareness and recall in the target market and support with on ground high octane promotional activities to increase sales - Evaluate parallel channels beyond the conventional marketing channels, for brand promotion to motivate the influencer into online buying at the most optimum cost - Appoint and work closely with PR agencies with an excellent track record at brand building and the creation of a long-term brand image. CEO is the spokesperson for PR. - Pre-existing relationship with advertising agencies and PR Firms - Experience and equal competence in both digital and conventional media - Understand and exploit Google platform to the level of interpretation of different Google MIS and making our platform more robust - Map competition activities and initiatives and respond strongly with counter initiatives - Work with the leadership team to constantly improve the brand positioning and business deliverables. Experience : - At least 15 years, out of which at least 5 years as marketing manager/ head in marketing/leadership role-in-Advertising Agency / FMCG/e-commerce/ Telecom with demonstrated results.
