Roles & Responsibility:

- Responsible for on-site merchandise, product assortment and sales.

- Responsible for multi-channel Sales

- Range selection/ curation, basis the key consumer trends, previous season learning, market gaps, missed opportunities

- Help sales forecasting, sales analysis and gap analysis

- Coordinating with sales team for sourcing brand offers, new arrivals and being part of brand strategies

- Directly responsible for GMV targets, growth & de-growth of categories

- Responsible of sellable spots & ROI from them on the site

- Analysis of slow and fast moving styles, categories, brands, stores

- Handling the production planning across categories and monitor production processes

- Creating Product Launches on site, Maintaining the Online Stores, Market Study, Channel Sales, Creating Sales Reports & Reviews via MIS, Running Promotions for Products via all mediums
