Cofounder/Head of Product (Neo-bank) About Us We are building an innovative business banking product for startups &amp; SMEs that will automate large parts of the traditional accounting &amp; finance function, and offer a highly improved banking experience focused on ease of use, transparency and flexibility. The founder is a first-time entrepreneur with an inside view of the challenges within the traditional finance function and bank offerings today. His prior experience is across startups and investing, with strong networks that will enable him to form key partnerships and raise capital before launching the product. The Candidate - We are looking for a co-founder with experience in building 'enterprise-grade' technology products who is committed to being an entrepreneur (and therefore is comfortable with the risks &amp; uncertainty of teaming up at idea stage). This role is one of a 2-3 member strong founding team, so there could be a large equity stake on offer, depending on what the candidate can bring to the table. Cash compensation will be low initially but we can trade off against equity if needed depending on the candidate's preference. - The ideal co-founder has a strong technical background (with prior experience as a software engineer preferable) and has subsequently moved to product management. Experience with products that deal with the flow of money and a high volume of daily transactions would be required for this role. - Passion for fintech &amp; a deep interest in building the future of finance are essential for this role. Further, the co-founder should have the maturity &amp; leadership potential to eventually build and manage a large team, and should have uncompromising integrity in his/her dealings with others.
