President - Sales & Marketing - Ortho/CNS/Estomag/Anti-infective/Gastro/Cardiology (20-30 yrs)
- To ensure top line, bottom & fiscal discipline line targets are met & achieved.
- To drive the overall P&L for given region wise for the current and future growth.
- Ensure growth in market share with existing clients and developing new clients.
- To envisage business growth opportunities in the region through strategic alliances, partnership, contract manufacturing or any other business avenues.
- Explore and build new business markets in the segment of private markets.
- Work on enhancing product portfolio and explore the opportunities for M&A and JV's. (Company / Dossiers / Market Authorization)
- To drive the techno commercial aspects related to business. Principal Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Business Planning & Review. (Market Assessment / Projection / Competitor Analysis / Budgeting, etc.)
- Top end Customer Relationship Management.
- To keep abreast of statutory requirements of the regions assigned.
- Participation in various pharma exhibition thereby keeping abreast with market & industry.
- To build product portfolio through market authorization.
- To lead the team and ensure each team member achieve their KRA's.
- Ensuring retention of team members, provide adequate support and guidance, motivating team members to accomplish their goals, nurturing team member's strengths and identifying areas of improvement and coaching to improve team member's skill sets.
