Position: Presiden Sales and Marketing, reporting to COO of the Company.

Location: Chennai

Looking for a client of Meru who are market leaders in building material industry

Requirement:

Year of experience: 20-25 Years

Industry preferred: FMCG, Paints, Chemicals, Tiles, Sanitaryware, (Product manufacturing background)

Education: Good academic background and who can speak tamil.

Looking for:

1. A keen planner strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities and accelerating the business growth. Some of the functional skills:

- Strategic Planning - Sales & Marketing - Channel Management-Key account management-Team Management-Business development

2.Proven skills in managing teams to work in sync with the corporate set parameters & motivating them for achieving business and individual goals.

3. A diligent communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, training, problem solving & organizational abilities with an unconventional & creative approach.

Looking for an enterprising leader with skills in leading personnel towards accomplishment of common goals.

Some of the responsibilities:

1.Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members

2.Part of the Leadership team to smoothen the Integration process

3. Developing & executing high-level strategies, made high-stakes decisions and combat mission-critical business challenges

4. Overcoming complex business challenges using experience-backed judgment, strong work ethics and irreproachable integrity.

5.Conceptualizing & implementing promotion & demand generation activities for the division.

6.Formulating functional plan, short term & long term budgets & developing business plans for the achievement of organizational goals.
