- Track record of delivering on plan numbers and building business

- Proven ability of implementing and improving both sales and customer experience processes

- Knowledge of and affinity with Indian primary healthcare system

- Previous working experience as business leader with P&L responsibility for minimum 3 years, preferably with background in healthcare or other B2B system sales

- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing on strategy and business plans

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills - communication, interpersonal and presentation

- Preferably, MBA or Master's in relevant field

- Problem solver able to keep calm and efficient under pressure and in crisis

- Crisis management skills
