Should have 20 - 30 years of Project management exp is must. Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Job Profile : -

- Responsible for overall operation of Project Management, business development, Team Building and retaining, Strategic-planning and overall growth of the company.

- Ensure effective fund management to meet the financial requirements of various projects

- Ensure profitability through timely completion of projects, cost effectiveness, efficient & proactive handling of contingencies and actively driving sales.

-To lead a team comprising of Architects, Technical Consultants, Engineers in Project Planning & Execution of Green Field & Brown field Projects.

- End to end responsible for Hospitas & Health Care projects.

Location - Mumbai / Kolkata

CTC - CTC will not be a constraint for right candidate

- Should have strong exposure in Project Management from Hospital & Healthcare sectors at National / regional with professional companies and competitive environment.
